Can I log in with MetaMask? No, currently, you need to register and log in using your email or Google account.

I did not receive the account verification email. Check your junk or spam folder, and make sure the account you are registering doesn't already exist.

Can I deposit Dinero and play with Dinero Token? In V1.00, you cannot deposit or play with Dinero Tokens. In future updates, there will be a gateway to deposit Dinero Tokens as their utilities are implemented. Please refer to the Dinero Token Utilities page for more details.

Why is my deposit address changing? This is a temporary address. Since we are not a licensed exchange and this is only a payment gateway, the deposit address will constantly change. Ensure you use it only once and do not open multiple addresses at the same time.

I sent to the old address; what do I do? Contact support.

I sent the wrong token to the wrong address; what should I do? This might be tricky to retrieve, but please contact support.

I forgot my password. What should I do? A feature to reset your password will be available soon. In the meantime, please contact support.

I got hacked; what can I do? It is your responsibility to keep your passwords, emails, and wallets safe. The team ensures that the system is secure, but we cannot prevent hacking on your end.

How do I change my username and profile photo? In upcoming updates, you will be able to do this by heading to the dashboard.

My deposit has not arrived yet; why? Please allow at least an hour, especially if it’s a BTC deposit. If it takes longer, please contact support.

My withdrawal is taking too long; why? Please allow 1 minute to 24 hours for withdrawals. Sometimes, delays are due to chain issues or auditing. If the problem persists, contact support.

Can I withdraw Demo winnings? No, the demo is for testing only. It’s free, and you don't win the actual amount. It only allows you to test the platform.

I think I won more, but the popup showed less; why? This could be due to internet issues or front-end problems. Ensure you have a stable connection and refresh your browser. If the issue persists, contact support.

Do I need to swap the elements? No, you receive the amount automatically.

Is this platform legal? The platform is in the early beta testing phase and is currently undergoing registration and licensing in Curaçao.

Is it audited? Yes, it is undergoing an audit as we continue testing and making adjustments.

Can I use this platform in my country? It is your responsibility to comply with your country’s rules and age restrictions. The platform will be blocked in countries where such platforms are not allowed, but we cannot prevent VPN usage at the moment.

I am under 18; can I play? No, you are not allowed. The platform will block you, and you will need to confirm your age. If you lie about your age and use the platform, it is your responsibility, and we reserve the right to ban you and disallow deposits or withdrawals.

How can I use the freeroll box? You need to have any sort of balance in your account, starting from $0.01 or more, and you can roll virtually as much as you want!

Is this platform fair? Yes, the chances for each item are transparent, and the audit will confirm the fairness of the system, which is fully randomized according to the probabilities of each item appearing. Please see the Fair Chances page for more information.

Why do I have to pay for Cashback and Affiliate tiers? On other platforms, you typically reach certain tiers by playing a lot and grinding to unlock rewards. We thought of a faster, more fun, and fair way—paying directly for your tier. This allows you to start earning bigger rewards right away if you choose!
